What if my roof claim is denied or the                                                                Insurance Co. only wants to repair our roof.

If your Insurance Company denies your claim this doesn't mean your home may not damaged. In some cases believe it or not there are some adjuster's that are not qualified to determine if your roof is damaged. Due to high amounts of claims filed after a major storm most insurance companies hire out side adjusters to help with the claims. And not all may be qualified. Countrywide's experienced estimators have helped hundreds of homeowners get their denied claims reversed to approvals.

Know your rights with your insurance company!

1.) Have an insurance adjuster inspect your home for damages with in an adequate amount of time.

2.) If your claim was denied and you feel that your adjuster made an error, you have the right to ask for a different adjuster to view your damages.

3.) If your claim is denied once again, and you have had an independent contractor or roofer inspect your damage and confirm that there is damage, you have the right to ask the insurance company to hire an Engineer to inspect your home. Keep in mind, to make sure your independent contractor is reputable and licensed.

4.) If all else fails you have the right to request an arbitration hearing to plead your case.
